Everyone including the front desk and housekeepers were very nice and professional. The room was very clean. It's also cat friendly! My cat Stella loved it! Would recommend to anyone!
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly service, couldn't ask for anything more. And these pictures show the extra step by cleaning crew went through for us - a really nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.
We LOVED our stay at this Motel 6! The room was basic but newly remodeled and extremely clean. The non-smoking room was on a non-smoking wing so no issue with the smell. There was fresh coffee in the lobby in the morning. The overnight clerk Leslie was amazing! She was very kind and sweet. I would give it more stars if I could.
It was a pretty relaxing atmosphere the staff was pretty helpful and only thing was the TV in the room had a faulty HDMI port and I was unable to hook up my PS5 other than that it was great there
Updated review after staying here for two days. First of all, I booked through booking app and paid for my booking through the app as well. I had a confirmation number as wells as a receipt of payment but the manager Carmen refused to accept my proof of payment as proof and continuously denied me of check in and accused me of lying multiple times!! It wasn’t until I had to call booking and have them call her to confirm payment was made. Carmen was so obsessed with the money not showing on her screen she was CRAZED AND RAGING screaming “YOU DIDNT PAY WHY CANT I SEE IT THEN????” After 2 hours of that back n forth n being COMPLETELY EMBARRASSED Carmen finally apologized and stated it wasn’t my fault but booking . Com fault as they did not make the payment to the merchant correctly. In any event it was not my fault yet I was treated like a liar when I had no previous problems with this hotel. Then today I checked out with plans of returning later tonight and Carmen proceeds to make up a lie that I damaged the room with a hole in the bathroom wall. I asked her to take me to it and show me bc it’s not true and she would only show me a picture on her phone. This picture could’ve been and was from another room and or time because I did not put any holes in any room. When I asked for her to put this all in writing they refused and proceeded to make up more lies about a completely different room. This is messed up they do this to people they know are living there and kick them out for no reason. I will be calling the Middlesex county board of health, G6 hospitality and the BBB on both motel 6 and studio 6 across the way. DO NOT STAY HERE OR STUDIO 6 BESIDES BITH BEING INFESTED WITH ROACHES THE COPS ARE THERE LIKE EVERYDAY!!!

This would be a 3 star review, but they get a bonus star for being large-dog-friendly! The good: It had hard floors, which I love for pet-friendly places. It was clean. The bed and bedding was good and clean. Good parking with easy access through doors directly to outside, which makes it easier to take dogs out to pee and whatnot. Customer service was good. The bad: Could use some TLC, the flooring was warping by the shower and the shower needed some minor repairs. Overall, as far as pet friendly hotels go, this was one of the good ones and I would stay again. There may be better options if you have a tiny dog, but with an Irish Wolfhound, I am severely limited and this was one of the rare options.
The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly. It was worth the price. It was pet-friendly. The only negative point was that the machine provided hot water and coffee only for a short period in the morning and was removed for the rest of the day.
